Orang-utan is a collective of young Worcestershire based artists who wish to inspire the well-being, creativity and participation of a diverse range of people through the production of quality art both as individuals and within the group.
Vision statement
By 2010, the Orang-utans aim to be a recognised local ‘brand name’ synonymous with Art. From a workshop/exhibition space we would aim to provide a personal development support service and an information/education hub for young local artists wishing to turn their talent into a valid career option. This will ensure artistic growth within the local community and the continued development of the Orang-utans.
